Position: Sales & Marketing Manager at Quintessentially Lifestyle, subsidiary of Sansiri PLC
Job Responsibilities

•  Support the brand in creation, execution and analysis of all initiatives designed to increase awareness of the Quintessentially Lifestyle brand in Thailand.
•  Manage all of Quintessentially Lifestyle's communication campaigns, including online advertising, media planning and offline advertising
•  Increase market penetration in both B2B and B2C segments and monitor the sales metrics.
•  Work closely with external agencies for planning, evaluation and execution of creative concepts, including drafting creative briefs, etc.
• Develop a PR calendar/plan- of releases, interactions, media campaigns, strategic media partner cultivation and other activities and ensuring its execution.
• Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the brand image and expand customer base.
•  Design, monitor and analyze social media campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
•  Act as a thought-leader on all PR/external relations activities, and responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the PR strategy for Thailand and overseeing a PR budget
• Support the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

 Qualifications:

•  Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration, Arts, Marketing Communication or  related field
•  Experience in Sales/ Marketing/ PR/ Branding  of 7 years or more
• Proficiency in English and Thai
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates creativity and immersion in Brand and Marketing Communication across Social Media
• Interest in luxury/lifestyle/hospitality industry
• Proven experience in leading a team while also being able to work independently when required
