Administrative Assistant (Human Resources)
Job Purpose:
To assist Head of HR in handling administrative tasks as well as coordinating and providing supports to other departments in terms of HR and Security and Business Continuity (SBC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for general HR administration including recruitment, training, and employee relations;
- Act as a point of contact for local security supports and promote general awareness of the security and business continuity policies and strategies;
- Coordinate with head of functions pertaining HR matters & Security and Business Continuity;
- Organize trainings for both mandatory and general courses;
- Provide HR supports to staff on HR related issues;
- Managing documentation and handle confidential documents;
- Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields;
- 2-3 years of experience in HR areas;
- Good command of both written and oral English;
- Proficient in computer skills;
- Good interpersonal skill and passionate with teamwork spirit;
- Willing to work under pressure.
